Everything we make is custom. Will Odoo fit?
Yes. Odoo can create a production order from each confirmed sale, with its own materials list, so every custom job is tracked and costed.
Our workers aren't computer people.
Shop Floor is made for tablets on the factory floor: big buttons to start, pause and finish a job, with the instructions on screen.
We already have accounting software.
Manufacturing costs work best when they flow straight into the accounts. Odoo does both, with no re-typing between systems.
Can we make some products to order and others for stock?
Yes. Each product can follow its own route: made to order from a confirmed sale, or made for stock from the production plan and minimum stock rules.
Can you implement Odoo for a factory outside the UAE?
Yes. We implement Odoo for manufacturers across the GCC: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman as well as the UAE. Configuration, data migration and most training run remotely from Dubai, and we come on site for workshops and go-live when the project needs it.
