Do we buy the Odoo licence from you?
No. Odoo Enterprise is a subscription you take directly with Odoo, billed per user. We help you choose the right plan and number of users; our fee covers the implementation, training and support.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on the scope. An accounting-only setup is much quicker than a full rollout. After the free audit you get a written blueprint with a fixed timeline and quote.
Can you move our data from our current system?
Yes. Customers, suppliers, products, opening stock and balances are migrated from spreadsheets or your current accounting package, and checked with you before go-live.
Is Odoo ready for UAE VAT?
Yes. Odoo includes a UAE localisation with 5% VAT taxes, tax invoices and a VAT report. We configure and test it for your business and train your finance team.
What's the difference between Community and Enterprise?
Community is Odoo's free open-source edition. Enterprise adds apps and features such as full accounting, Studio, the mobile apps and official upgrades. Most businesses we work with are best served by Enterprise.
What happens after go-live?
We stay on as your support team with agreed response times — for questions, new users, extra apps, reports and version upgrades.
